I know you can set the font size to higher levels (1x,2x,3x,4x) and the font-size on varius UI text. HOWEVER - this doesnt apply to other UI elements - so the UI icons for hungry/tired/sad etc are extremely small in 2160p (4k). The same goes for inventory bars and other UI elements that isnt text. In that folder find the "WorldDictionary.bin" file and copy it to the "C:\Users\MrFau\Zomboid\Saves\Sandbox\\28-07-2021_01-31-37" folder.
